Location: Bloomingdale, IL Travel: Approximately 40–60% Domestic Travel

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager – Site Planning & Installation who thrives on organization, communication, and solving complex challenges. In this role, you'll coordinate every aspect of imaging equipment installations, working closely with hospitals, imaging centers, contractors, architects, dealers, engineers, and our internal teams to ensure every project is delivered on time and ready for a seamless installation.

What You'll Do

As the primary project leader for customer installations, you will:

Manage multiple imaging equipment installation projects from order release through customer acceptance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate site planning activities with customers, architects, contractors, engineers, and facility managers.

Review construction drawings and equipment layouts to ensure installation readiness.

Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating manufacturing, shipping, delivery, and installation timelines.

Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Technical Support, and Field Service teams.

Identify and resolve project risks before they impact customer schedules.

Ensure customer sites meet all electrical, structural, networking, HVAC, and construction requirements before installation.

Coordinate installation schedules with Del Medical Field Service Engineers.

Provide proactive communication and regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Drive projects to successful completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You likely have experience in:

Project Management

Healthcare construction

Medical device or capital equipment installations

Commercial construction

Engineering or manufacturing

Construction coordination

Technical customer support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.

Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to read architectural or construction drawings is highly desirable.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Ability to travel throughout the United States (40–60%).

Valid driver's license.
