Accounts Receivable Analyst

A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Accounts Receivable Analyst at Siemens Energy involves you will review account portfolios, making collection calls, and reconciling customer accounts to ensure timely payments. You will also document disputes, identify root causes of delinquency, and collaborate with internal teams to address issues impacting payment performance. Building strong relationships with customers is essential for delivering a positive experience. The analyst also manages cash allocation for incoming payments and prepares reports on accounts receivable trends for management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation to effectively support the department’s goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Manages cash allocation and collects assigned AR portfolio across multiple business units.

Complete routine collection calls to determine payment status of accounts, ensuringtimely payment of receivables and resolution of customer issues preventing payment.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners and customers in order to deliver best total customer experience.

Escalate issues to appropriate internal management level (Sales, Finance, Project Manager,Order Entry).

Identify root causes of delinquency.

What You Bring

BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance.

3+ years of business corporate Accounts Receivable experience

Experience with SAP

Fluent English

Ability to work with deadlines, prioritization, and organization of workload

Advance Power Point and Excel skills
