Job Title: SAP Project Manager – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Candidates should be willing to travel across India as required) Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Experience Required: 10+ years overall experience, including at least 5 years in SAP Project/Program Management Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

Job Summary

To lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing enterprise SAP transformation programs, stakeholder engagement, project governance, and successful cloud ERP delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.

Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and governance framework.

Manage project risks, issues, budgets, and resource planning.

Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project quality standards.

Oversee testing, deployment, data migration, system integration, and post-go-live support.

Drive organizational change management, user training, and adoption initiatives.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of overall professional experience with at least 5 years in SAP Project or Program Management.

Proven experience managing full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.

Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, and SuccessFactors.

Knowledge of SAP Cloud Architecture, API/CPI integrations, and SaaS deployment models.

Experience with Agile and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, financial tracking, and risk management.

Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology.

Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

SAP Certification and/or PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
