Project & Alliance Executive- Events

Sponsorship & Partnerships ● Research and identify prospective sponsors ● Schedule sponsor meetings ● Prepare sponsorship proposals and follow up with leads ● Coordinate sponsor deliverables before, during and after the event ● Build partnerships with hospitality, travel, family and lifestyle brands Coordinate with agencies on: ● Social media campaigns ● WhatsApp marketing ● Email campaigns ● Website updates ● Brand outreach Track campaign performance and recommend improvements. Event Execution Coordinate with: ● Venue ● Production company ● Decor agency ● AV team ● Registration team ● Photography and videography ● Hospitality ● Award suppliers ● Gift partners Prepare detailed run sheets, vendor checklists and contingency plans. We are looking for someone who: ● Has 2–4 years of experience in event management, marketing, partnerships or project management ● Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills ● Is highly organised and detail-oriented ● Can manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously ● Is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment ● Has experience coordinating agencies and vendors ● Is proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and project management tools ● Is confident interacting with senior business leaders and brand founders Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following would be an advantage: ● Awards programmes ● Events ● Luxury brands ● Hospitality ● Parenting or children's brands ● Sponsorship sales ● PR or marketing agencies Personal Attributes We are looking for someone who is: ● Exceptionally organised ● Resourceful and proactive ● Calm under pressure ● Professional and polished ● Strong at follow-ups ● Comfortable taking ownership ● Solutions-oriented ● Passionate about creating exceptional experiences

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
