At Rituals, we believe that meaningful experiences start with our people. As Sr. Team Lead HR Operations Iberia, you will play a key role in creating a strong employee experience by ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a role for someone who combines operational excellence, people leadership and a genuine passion for supporting the business. You will lead the HR Operations team, oversee the delivery of core HR processes and act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders across the organization.

In this position, you will not only ensure high-quality HR execution, but also contribute to building a more efficient, consistent and future-ready HR function across Iberica.

Your responsibilities

Leading and coordinating the day-to-day HR Operations agenda across Iberia.

Ensuring the successful delivery of the monthly and annual HR calendar for Head Office, Wholesale and Retail populations.

Overseeing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including personnel administration, performance processes, compensation-related activities, training coordination and employee engagement support.

Setting operational priorities and ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency in HR execution.

Supporting and advising managers on a broad range of HR and labor-related topics.

Leading, coaching and developing the HR Operations team to perform at a high standard.

Creating structure, clarity and accountability within the team.

Driving continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities.

Supporting the implementation of HR projects and new ways of working.

Escalating risks, blockers or operational concerns where needed and collaborating closely with senior HR leadership in Iberia.

What you bring

Solid experience in HR Operations or in a broad generalist HR role.

Proven experience managing key HR processes with accuracy and consistency.

Experience leading or coordinating a team, with the ability to coach and develop others.

Good knowledge of HR practices and labor-related topics.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

A proactive, hands-on and solution-driven mindset.

Strong communication skills and confidence in working with different stakeholders.

A high level of ownership, confidentiality and attention to detail.

A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to challenge and improve the status quo.

Fluency in English.
