Solution Designer (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Overseeing projects from the initial inquiry through handover to project management

Designing and optimizing customer-specific solutions using product-specific tools and AutoCAD

Preparing presentations, quotes, and supplier requests, as well as project cost estimates and schedules

Coordinating and documenting ongoing processes in consultation with the sales team and other departments

Supporting marketing activities and assisting the sales team

Preparing and tracking quotes, as well as supporting sales managers throughout the process

Requesting quotes from subcontractors and third-party component suppliers

Your Profile

Completed technical training with an interest in sales (mechanical engineering technician or equivalent position), or alternatively, business training with technical expertise

Experience in sales assistance or internal sales support (does not necessarily have to be in intralogistics)

Experience working with CRM tools and ERP systems (Navision, Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365)

Experience in project-based business is a plus

AutoCAD skills - ideally with the Inventor environment

Good written and spoken English skills
