We are currently seeking a motivated Controlling Trainee to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and business performance analysis within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to:

Support the preparation and update of financial and management control reports.

Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing variances against budget and forecast.

Participate in monthly closing activities by collecting, validating, and consolidating financial data.

Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses for different business areas.

Maintain and update databases, reports, and tracking tools, ensuring data quality and consistency.

Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, gather relevant information, and support continuous improvement initiatives in reporting and controlling processes.

SKILLS REQUIRED

For this role we require:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Strong interest in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and business performance management.

Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
