What You'll Be Doing

Design and refine online ticket purchasing and reservation workflows, ensuring maximum conversion and user experience.

Define and iterate on the logic behind promotions, discounts, price tiers, urgency, and availability.

Work with engineering to optimize checkout performance in high-traffic environments.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to build fast, intuitive purchasing experiences tailored to each type of event or customer.

Participate in strategic product decisions related to pricing, validations, templates, and advanced configuration.

Analyze behavioral and conversion data to prioritize conversion improvements.

Align e-commerce features with the rest of the ecosystem: dashboards, POS, access control, and event operations.

Your profile

Previous experience working on B2B2C eCommerce products or multi-tenant platforms serving multiple clients or stores from a single product.

Strong understanding of core eCommerce concepts such as checkout, shopping cart, conversion funnel, promotions, dynamic pricing, and high-traffic scenarios.

Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Product Design teams to deliver complex features with a strong focus on user experience.

Strong business mindset, with the ability to measure impact, analyze data, and prioritize initiatives based on customer and business value.

Comfortable working in Agile environments, adapting to changing priorities while building scalable products.

Excellent communication skills and the autonomy to own and drive an entire product domain.

Experience working in industries with high seasonality or large-scale events.

Previous experience with ticketing platforms, marketplaces, or multi-tenant SaaS products.

Understanding of the technical implications of multi-tenant architectures, even without hands-on coding experience.

Experience using product analytics and experimentation tools (A/B testing, feature flags, etc.) to optimize conversion.

Ability to empathize with both the end customer (the buyer) and the B2B customer (the event organizer), balancing the needs of both user types.
