Are you an experienced IT Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex technology projects that make a real impact?

As our IT Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise ICT projects, working across diverse stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver innovative, secure, and sustainable technology solutions.
Location: City of Melville Civic Centre
Salary: $126,953.28 - $135,038.39 pro-rata p.a. + 12% Super
Employment Type: Permanent, Part Time 0.8FTE
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the successful delivery of complex ICT projects from initiation through to implementation and transition
Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and governance activities
Building strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders
Driving business process improvements and translating business requirements into practical technology solutions
Overseeing procurement, vendor management and contract administration
Ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, compliance and data governance requirements
Supporting organisational change and user adoption to maximise project benefits and successful outcomes
Providing clear and professional reporting to senior leadership and governance committees
What We’re Looking For
A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
Proven experience delivering large-scale ICT projects in a complex enterprise environment
Strong project management expertise across governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
Experience managing vendors, procurement activities, and third-party service providers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Sound understanding of information security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
