What you'll do
As a Project Manager you will closely collaborate with cross-functional software and embedded development teams in Poland and the Netherlands, including Product Owners, engineers, QA specialists, supporting backlog management and ensuring effective project execution. The role also involves ongoing cooperation with international clients and internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Architecture, and Management), ensuring transparency, robust project governance, and smooth delivery across distributed teams.
In the project, you will be responsible for
Managing multiple software and embedded development projects (scope, timelines, budgets, risks)
Ensuring transparency of project status through regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
Implementing and maintaining appropriate project governance
Supporting project stakeholders in backlog management and product ownership
Maintaining direct relationships with the clients in a multinational environment
Daily cooperation with teams in Poland and the Netherlands
Solving delivery challenges across distributed teams, ensuring smooth execution despite shifting priorities and constraints
Ensuring best practices, improving internal PM standards (processes, tools)
Who are we looking for?
At least 7 years of professional experience in leading software development projects in cooperation with international clients
Experience in managing several projects simultaneously and overseeing distributed teams
Deep practical understanding of the software development lifecycle
Ability to work as a partner for Business stakeholders on Client side, deliver business value and resolve any issues
Strong experience and understanding of agile software development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Odoo) and AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, OpenAI toolset)
Very good self-organization skills with proactive approach and can-do attitude
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
A team player with strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests
Fluent command of English and Polish with effective business communication skills (at least C1)
Nice to have:
Proven experience in managing AI/ML and GenAI initiatives, including end-to-end delivery of LLM-based solutions, with a strong focus on RAG architectures, data readiness, evaluation, and iteration cycles
Experience driving organizational adoption of AI tools, including training, resistance management, and measuring productivity impact
Strong understanding of AI delivery constraints and governance (data privacy/GDPR, security, model risk, prompt/knowledge base lifecycle, monitoring & quality metrics),
Experience in developer-oriented AI tools used in modern engineering workflows (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, N8N)
