Your responsibilities

Build up and lead the India-based team of the Product Content Management (PCM) department and act as a transition manager by strongly supporting the department lead located in Germany in executing the global IT strategy.

Lead performance discussions, development planning, skill assessments, and feedback cycles to foster continuous growth and engagement.

Your profile

10+ years of experience working with enterprise integration platforms, ideally MuleSoft or comparable ESB technologies.

Build and scale the Shape Group from the ground up by hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and developing talented employees.

Collaborate closely with all architects, product owners, and development teams of the shape to ensure a smooth delivery.

Should be grade 4 or higher. (pre-requisite for internal employees)
