About the Role
We are looking for passionate and dynamic NEET/JEE Foundation Course Trainers to deliver high-quality classroom sessions for students from Grades 6 to 10. The trainer will build strong conceptual foundations in Mathematics and Science while developing analytical thinking and problem-solving skills required for future competitive examinations like NEET and JEE.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom sessions for students of Grades 6–10.
Teach Mathematics and Science concepts aligned with the NEET/JEE Foundation curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct periodic tests, evaluate answer scripts, and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor students' academic progress and provide remedial support where required.
Conduct doubt-clearing and revision sessions.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and performance reports.
Coordinate with school authorities and the Academic Team for smooth program execution.
Create an interactive and motivating classroom environment.
Participate in teacher training programs, meetings, and academic reviews.
Ensure timely completion of the prescribed syllabus.
Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
Freshers with strong subject knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in NEET/JEE Foundation or school teaching will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for school students.
Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
Required Skills
Strong conceptual knowledge in Mathematics and Science.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Good communication in English and Tamil.
Familiarity with smart classroom tools and digital teaching methods.
Student-centric approach with strong mentoring abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Thuraiyur, Tiruchirappalli District
Tirupathur, Vellore District
Candidates should be willing to work in the assigned school location.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience)
