Commercial Real Estate Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Senior Program Manager to lead strategic real estate initiatives across a global portfolio. This role is responsible for planning, governing, and delivering complex programs that enable business growth, optimize costs, enhance workplace experiences, and support long-term portfolio strategies.

The ideal candidate combines strong CRE program management expertise, financial acumen, stakeholder leadership, and commercial real estate knowledge to successfully execute initiatives across multiple regions and functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Real Estate Programs

Manage the execution of complex real estate programs, including workplace transformations, office fit-outs, relocations, consolidations, expansions, and capital projects.

Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business priorities and portfolio objectives.

Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting processes to support successful delivery.

Drive Portfolio and Workplace Strategy

Support portfolio planning, occupancy optimization, and site selection activities.

Identify opportunities to improve space utilization, operational efficiency, sustainability, and employee experience.

Translate business requirements into actionable real estate solutions.

Partner with Key Stakeholders

Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, and business unit leadership.

Facilitate alignment between business needs and real estate strategies.

Prepare and present recommendations, business cases, and program updates to executive audiences.

Manage Financial Performance

Develop and oversee CAPEX and OPEX budgets for assigned programs.

Build financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases to support decision-making.

Drive cost optimization opportunities while maintaining quality and business outcomes.

Oversee External Partners

Manage relationships with brokers, architects, project managers, contractors, consultants, and other service providers.

Monitor performance against contractual commitments, KPIs, and service levels.

Support vendor selection and sourcing activities.

Ensure Compliance and Risk Management

Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with company standards, governance requirements, and local regulations.

Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation.

Advance Operational Excellence

Standardize processes, tools, and best practices across the real estate function.

Champion digital transformation and data-driven decision making.

Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

8+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, Program Management, Portfolio Management, or Capital Project Delivery.

Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-location programs.

Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred

Experience within a global corporate real estate environment.

Knowledge of workplace strategy, occupancy planning, lease administration, and portfolio optimization.

Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MCR, SLCR, RICS, CFM, or equivalent.
