Profile: Junior Accountant

Industry: Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm

Reports To: Chartered Accountant/Senior Accountant

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist with accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance activities. The role offers excellent learning opportunities in a professional CA firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.

Record accounting entries and prepare bank reconciliations.

Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax return preparation and filing.

Support statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Coordinate with clients for financial documents and compliance.

Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com

Experience:

1-2 years

Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

* Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
