Business Analyst (Healthcare Manufacturing)

Location: Remote Experience: 5–7 Years Employment Type: Contract (2 Months) Salary: Up to 80,000/month Priority: High

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Healthcare Manufacturing / Life Sciences to support business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in SAP/ERP, Salesforce CRM data, commercial analytics, and business process documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flows.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand commercial and operational processes.

Analyze Sales, Campaign, Customer, and Commercial data.

Collaborate with SAP/ERP and Salesforce teams to support business initiatives.

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimized solutions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Support testing, UAT, and implementation activities.

Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

5–7 years of Business Analysis experience.

Healthcare Manufacturing or Life Sciences domain experience (Mandatory).

Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP.

Experience working with Salesforce CRM Data.

Hands-on experience in Sales, Campaign, Customer, and Commercial Analytics.

Excellent Business Process Documentation skills.

Strong stakeholder communication and analytical abilities.

Mandatory Requirements

UAN/PF verification-based Background Verification (BGV) is mandatory.

Vendor bench candidates will be preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Compensation & Work Model

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 2 Months

Salary: Up to ₹80,000/month
