Tele Calling Executive
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Inform customers about jewellery collections, offers, and store updates.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of customer interactions and call details.
Follow up with customers regarding store visits, inquiries, or promotions.
Support the sales team by generating customer interest and encouraging store visits.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Polite, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Open for Freshers and candidates having experience up to 1 Year
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
