IT Administrator (Network & Systems Administrator)

At Smartway Wellness, we are dedicated to building a seamless, secure, and modern digital environment. We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator to join our infrastructure team on-site in Ahmedabad.

Role Overview:

As an IT Administrator, you will manage our end-to-end network infrastructure, maintain Windows and Linux server environments, optimize network routing, and enforce cyber security protocols. This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of system administration, network management, and client-focused IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux Server environments. Manage domain services, Active Directory, Group Policies, and user access.

Network & Infrastructure: Configure, test, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and Load Balancers to maintain network performance and uptime.

Cyber Security & Server Security: Implement security best practices, perform access management, monitor system logs, and mitigate vulnerabilities across server and network layers.

Technical Support & Client Solutions: Provide responsive, client-focused IT solutions and technical support for internal operations.

System Maintenance: Perform regular system updates, patch management, data backups, and disaster recovery testing.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Administration, Systems Management, or Network Operations.

OS & Servers: Demonstrated expertise with Windows Server Admin and Linux Server environments.

Directory & Identity: Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity management.

Networking: Experience with Cisco routing & configurations, network security, and Load Balancers.

Security: Practical understanding of Cyber Security Analyst principles and server hardening.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset and a clear, client-focused communication style.

Education & Certifications (Preferred):

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, RHCE, or Security+ are a plus.

Work Location:

Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site required).
