About the role
Role Overview: Looking for a detail-oriented professional to coordinate production schedules, vendor commissioning, and quality control across the furniture manufacturing line (carpentry, polishing, upholstery, metalwork), while supporting design and sales teams on-ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate production schedules with vendors; prepare job orders and commissioning meetings
Monitor daily production flow, conduct quality inspections, and update production trackers
Manage material requisitioning (hardware, glass) and coordinate finish samples
Support site installations, logistics/deliveries, and post-delivery snag resolution
Assist with product costing and problem-solving during production
Conduct site visits (measurements/markings) and support client meetings/inspections
Support marketing with photo/video content and market research
Required Qualifications:
Graduate in Engineering, Production Management, Furniture Design, or related field
1-2 years of experience in furniture production or related field
Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong coordination skills
Shop-floor enthusiasm, team player, high integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of materials & production methods, photography
Proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD
Strong design sensibility
Pay: ₹31,800.00 - ₹39,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
