Job Summary

Matoshri Group is seeking a Legal Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for legal documentation, title verification, contract drafting, litigation support, regulatory compliance, and coordination with government authorities to ensure smooth execution of real estate projects. Typical responsibilities for similar roles include title due diligence, property documentation, contract review, and RERA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of land and properties.

Draft, review, and vet legal documents including:

o Sale Deeds

o Development Agreements

o Joint Development Agreements (JDA)

o Leave & License Agreements

o Lease Agreements

o Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

o Power of Attorney (POA)

o Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

Verify property documents such as 7/12 Extract, Property Card, Mutation Entries, Search Reports, and Encumbrance Certificates.

Coordinate property registration, stamp duty, and document execution.

Ensure compliance with RERA, Maharashtra property laws, and other applicable regulations.

Liaise with advocates, government authorities, Sub-Registrar Offices, Revenue Department, PMRDA, PCMC, PMC, and other statutory bodies.

Handle legal notices, consumer complaints, and litigation support.

Coordinate with external advocates for court cases and legal opinions.

Maintain legal records, agreements, and case trackers.

Provide legal support to Land Acquisition, Liaisoning, Sales, CRM, and Engineering teams.

Identify legal risks and advise management on appropriate actions.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Property Law, Contract Law, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, and RERA.

Excellent drafting and legal documentation skills.

Experience in title due diligence and property verification.

Knowledge of land records and government approval processes.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to read and understand Marathi legal documents.

Preferred Experience 2–3 years of experience in a Real Estate Developer, Construction Company, or Law Firm handling real estate matters.

Experience in coordinating with government departments and external legal consultants. Familiarity with litigation, legal notices, and property registrations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
