Leading operations for our household name customer, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

Supporting, managing, and developing a large operational team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Allocating appropriate resources to achieve agreed objectives and targets, optimizing efficiency and productivity.

Guiding the activities of coordinators to ensure customer success and the attainment of overall objectives.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Meeting time-specific deadlines, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and commitment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience working in a fast-paced catering or aviation services environment, ideally within airline catering operations

Previous experience working across high-volume production or warehouse environments (desirable)

Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience, with the ability to lead teams through peak periods and tight flight turnaround times

Highly experienced in building and maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships

Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals under pressure

High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, time-critical catering environment
