About the Role

We are seeking passionate Casual Educators to support our Glenwood South centre. This is an excellent opportunity for educators seeking flexibility while continuing to make a positive impact on children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

Support children’s learning, development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging

Provide high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment

Promote and embed child-safe practices in everyday interactions

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Contribute to a collaborative team culture

Support inclusive and engaging learning environments

What We're Looking For

Successful applicants will:

Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Have previous experience working in an early childhood setting

Demonstrate a genuine commitment to child safety and the Child Safe Standards

Have knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Maintain safe, respectful, and professional relationships with children

Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues

Hold current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications

Hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Be available to work across centre operating hours (7:00/7:30am to 6:00/6:30pm)
