Supporting more than 250,000 people across Central Queensland, this specialist service provides vital mental health, alcohol and other drug care through a connected network of community, inpatient and recovery services. With Rockhampton as the region's central hub and dedicated recovery facilities in Rockhampton and Gladstone, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering high-quality care across diverse communities.
About the role:
Lead mental health information management, providing high-level data analysis, reporting and governance to support service delivery, strategic planning and state-wide performance objectives.
Drive operational excellence by overseeing corporate services, resource management, budgeting, administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion data quality and compliance, ensuring accurate information management, KPI achievement and adherence to state and Hospital and Health Service requirements.
Build strong partnerships with managers, directors and stakeholders to deliver effective communication, informed decision-making and high-quality, safe and efficient services.
About you:
Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams through organisational change and effectively managing people, budgets and resources.
Strong financial and resource management expertise, including budget oversight and operational planning.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and confidently use or quickly learn advanced information systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a client-focused approach, strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams with a high level of autonomy.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $134,984 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $54.83 - $59.66 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
17.5% leave loading
