4YO Educator - Sessional Kindergarten

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our 4-Year-Old Kindergarten team.

Working alongside our Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging and inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of a high-quality play-based educational program.

Creating welcoming indoor and outdoor learning environments that encourage exploration, creativity and curiosity.

Building warm, respectful and trusting relationships with children, families, colleagues and allied professionals.

Observing children's learning and contributing to documentation, reflections and program planning.

Promoting inclusive practices that recognise and celebrate the diversity, strengths and abilities of every child and family.

Supporting the embedding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives throughout the curriculum.

Maintaining a safe, healthy and child-safe environment through active supervision and responsive interactions.

Working in accordance with the National Quality Framework, Child Safe Standards, service policies and the Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics.

Contributing to the implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan and ongoing reflective practice.

Sharing responsibility for maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming learning environment.

Pay: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour
