Salary: $116,981 to $129,492, plus superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

Join Homes NSW and play a key role in delivering important maintenance and upgrade programs that improve the quality and sustainability of social housing across NSW.

You will lead a team of Asset Performance Officers, oversee contractor performance, manage asset maintenance activities, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role supports critical programs including vacant restoration works, disability modifications and capital upgrades to social housing properties.

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with experience in construction, building maintenance, asset management who is passionate about delivering positive outcomes for the State and citizens of NSW.

You will bring strong people leadership, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, together with a sound understanding of building standards, compliance requirements and project delivery.

The position offers the chance to contribute to meaningful work while leading a small team within a dynamic and customer-focused environment

Essential Requirements

Demonstrated experience in building maintenance, construction, asset management or a related field.

Experience supervising staff and coordinating the delivery of maintenance programs.

Strong knowledge of building standards, codes and contractor management.

Ability to interpret and apply policies, contract requirements and technical standards.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
