Job Summary

Job Summary : Primary focus on experienced Frontend Software Engineers, with strong React expertise. Proven experience building accessible, testable, scalable user interfaces. Strong test-first mindset (TDD) and confidence writing automated tests. Hands-on experience with: React, JavaScript/TypeScript JestJS and modern frontend testing practices Accessibility standards (WCAG) and tooling (axe-core) Desirable (bonus) skills: Backend development with Java / Quarkus Working with REST APIs and PostgreSQL DevOps exposure across CI/CD pipelines, containers and Kubernetes Experience operating at Senior level, including: Technical ownership of solutions Coaching/mentoring other engineers Contributing to architectural and technical direction Scope of the Services Provide Software Engineers to work within feature teams Delivery of front-end led features for the Data Marketplace, aligned to lab priorities Responsibilities include: End‑to‑end software engineering (design, build, test, release) Strong ownership of frontend delivery quality and technical direction Coaching and supporting other team members within the feature team Work with PO, Design, and business stakeholders to understand and refine features Participation in agile ceremonies, code reviews and technical communities Active application custodianship, including incident support and root-cause analysis
