Expert HR Analytics

What are your main tasks?

Develop HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics

Support workforce planning, personnel cost analysis, and forecasting

Drive continuous improvement of HR reporting processes and data quality

Manage and optimize SAP HCM processes and system enhancements

Collaborate with HR, IT, and Controlling on global HR initiatives

Support HR digitalization and transformation projects

What are your qualifications?

Degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or a comparable field

Experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, HR Controlling, or SAP HCM

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of SAP HCM, reporting tools, and Excel

Experience with HR data, reporting, and workforce planning

Fluent English skills
