Job Title: HR Executive Location: Amraiwadi, Ahmedabad Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Head Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, attendance, and coordination with different departments. The role requires a disciplined and detail-oriented individual.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Maintain daily attendance, leave records.
Coordinate with accounts for salary processing
Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, and leave
2. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, etc.)
Maintain statutory registers and records
Coordinate for audits and inspections
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee grievances and maintain discipline
Support employee engagement activities
Ensure smooth communication between employee and management
4. Documentation & HR Operations
Maintain HR MIS and reports
Issue letters (Offer, Appointment, Warning, Relieving, etc.)
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement process
5. General Administration Support
Assist in ID card, uniform, and asset management
Coordinate with vendors (if required)
Support HR Manager in daily operations
6. Joining & Onboarding Process
Share offer letters and collect acceptance from candidates
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and follow-ups
Complete joining documentation (Joining form, bank details, etc.)
Issue appointment letter, ID card, and company policies
Conduct induction and explain company rules & HR policies
Maintain employee files and onboarding tracker
Take follow-up feedback of new employees
Key Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of labour laws
Good communication skills

Problem-solving ability
Time management & discipline
MS Excel / basic computer knowledge
Qualification:
Graduate
Experience:
1–3 years
KPI (Key Performance Indicators):
Timely closure of positions
Accuracy in attendance & payroll data
Compliance adherence (zero penalties)
Employee retention & grievance resolution time
Proper documentation & audit readiness
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
