Job Title: Experienced Boutique Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead the daily operations of our boutique, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage a retail team while maintaining high visual merchandising and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique.

Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.

Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.

Ensure attractive visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.

Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store employees.

Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.

Handle cash, POS transactions, banking, and daily sales reports.

Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety, and loss prevention procedures.

Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a boutique or fashion retail environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Experience with inventory management and retail POS systems.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended retail hours when required.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling.

Visual merchandising expertise.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Experience:

Boutique Manager: 5 years (Preferred)

driving daily sales: 5 years (Preferred)

Store Operations and Merchandising: 5 years (Preferred)
