About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Project Engineer to join the Centre of Entrepreneurship (CoE) in NextGen Intelligent Solutions for Core Sector at Nagpur project on a contractual basis. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting project execution, coordinating technical activities, and ensuring the successful implementation of project deliverables. The role demands strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and execution of the Centre of Entrepreneurship (CoE) in NextGen Intelligent Solutions for Core Sector at Nagpur project.

Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.

Provide technical support during project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

Collaborate with project teams, industry partners, government agencies, academic institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Assist in the design, testing, deployment, validation, and maintenance of technology solutions developed under the project.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, project reports, progress updates, presentations, and other project-related records.

Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and support the implementation of mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with project objectives, quality standards, and organizational policies.

Participate in project meetings, technical reviews, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Support administrative and operational activities related to project execution as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related discipline from a recognized university or institution.

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in project execution, technical support, engineering projects, or technology implementation.

Required Skills

Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience in project coordination, technical documentation, and progress reporting.

Knowledge of software applications, testing methodologies, deployment processes, and system implementation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project documentation tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic project environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in technology-driven projects related to digital transformation, innovation, entrepreneurship, or core sector initiatives.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and reporting frameworks.

Exposure to government, public sector, academic, or research-based projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
