How you create impact

Coordinate end-to-end sea freight operations, ensuring shipments move efficiently and meet service quality standards.

Serve as the operational link between customers, carriers, origin and destination offices, and internal stakeholders.

Monitor shipment milestones, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely execution of critical logistics processes.

Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and system updates to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Drive process compliance by following global standards and contributing to continuous operational improvements.

What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in international freight forwarding, ocean logistics, customs processes, transportation coordination, or billing within a logistics environment.

Experience managing billing and invoicing processes.

Solid knowledge of logistics operations, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation.

Advanced English proficiency.

Strong organizational skills, customer service mindset, effective communication, and results-oriented approach.

Experience working with CRM or logistics platforms is a plus.
