The Position
Parent & Child at the Heart
As Senior Ecommerce Manager – Digital Retail & Marketplaces, you will lead Stokke's digital retail and marketplace strategy across key retailer websites and marketplace partners, with a primary focus on EMEA and North America.
Acting as Stokke's digital retail expert, you will drive online visibility, content excellence, commercial performance, and digital shelf best practices while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, and regional teams.

Main Responsibilities
Digital Retail & Marketplace Strategy
Define and drive Stokke's digital retail and marketplace strategy.
Establish standards, processes, and best practices across regions and partners.
Identify growth opportunities and improve Stokke's online presence across retailer websites and marketplaces.
Commercial Performance & Growth
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility, engagement, conversion, and sales.
Develop KPIs, scorecards, and actionable recommendations to support business growth.
Partner with Sales teams to prioritize initiatives and maximize commercial impact.
Digital Shelf & Retail Excellence
Lead digital execution of product launches across retailer and marketplace channels.
Ensure excellence in product content, discoverability, merchandising, and consumer experience.
Drive continuous improvement of digital shelf performance and content quality.
Stakeholder Leadership & Capability Building
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to improve digital execution.
Drive adoption of best practices and elevate digital commerce capabilities across the organization.
Act as Stokke's subject matter expert for digital retail and marketplaces.
The Ideal Profile
Commercial & Results-Driven: You understand how digital execution drives commercial performance and can translate insights into action.
Influential & Collaborative: You are able to drive change, align stakeholders, and achieve results without formal authority.
Experience & Skills
7-10+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Retail, Marketplaces, Omnichannel Commerce, or a related commercial field.
Experience working with retailer websites and marketplace platforms.
Strong understanding of digital shelf management, content optimization, retail media, and online merchandising.
Proven ability to improve digital performance and drive business growth.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally.
