About the Role
Samson Scientific & Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead and support our field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring field employees, providing sales guidance, improving client communication, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the daily activities of field sales employees.
Guide the sales team on effective client communication and professional selling techniques.
Provide sales support to help employees close orders and resolve customer concerns.
Track daily reporting, attendance, and field activities.
Review sales performance and ensure team members meet their assigned targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with the field team to improve productivity.
Train new and existing employees on company products, sales strategies, and reporting procedures.
Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
Motivate the sales team and maintain high performance standards.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and sales processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales management or team handling.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, surgical, or medical device industry will be preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Ability to monitor performance and achieve sales targets.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
