Samson Scientific & Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company in the orthopedic, surgical, and medical device industry. We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and self-motivated Field Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop distributor networks, and strengthen customer relationships across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and the distributor network in Madurai and nearby regions.

Generate new business opportunities and appoint new distributors.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Visit distributors, hospitals, medical stores, and healthcare institutions regularly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, doctors, surgeons, and key customers.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.

Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.

Guide and support field sales executives to improve their sales performance.

Prepare and execute monthly tour plans and market coverage strategies.

Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and outstanding recovery.

Coordinate with the head office for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Represent the company professionally and maintain excellent customer service.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, surgical, medical device, or healthcare sales.

Experience in distributor handling and institutional sales is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle.
