Product Manager Revenue - Web-E-commerce

Role: We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Product Manager to lead growth through product roadmap development, new feature rollouts, site merchandising, and feature optimization. This role focuses on driving conversion rate optimization (CRO), improving the customer journey, and achieving business outcomes through A/B testing and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business strategy and product development to ensure every enhancement aligns with Titan’s goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Own the Product Roadmap: Create and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends. Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and ROI.

Build and Optimize New Features: Identify, develop, and launch new features to enhance customer experience, engagement, and transaction rates.

Feature Optimization: Continuously monitor feature performance, using insights from analytics to optimize for maximum impact on KPIs.

Drive Site Merchandising for the App: Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and implement campaigns, product displays, and offers that enhance user engagement and drive purchases within the app. Ensure timely updates for collections, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

A/B Testing and Experimentation: Develop testing frameworks to validate changes and improvements, ensuring data-driven decisions for feature rollouts and CRO efforts.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze the user journey to identify friction points and implement strategies to improve key metrics like conversion rates, retention, and payment success.

Analyze Product Performance: Track product performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, retention, LTV) using tools like Google Analytics. Use insights to guide product decisions and roadmap planning.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, analytics, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure alignment between product initiatives and revenue goals.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure Titan's app stays innovative and competitive.

Communicate with Stakeholders: Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance reports to stakeholders, securing buy-in and maintaining alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred).

4+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or consumer apps, with a focus on product optimization, site merchandising, and growth.

Proven experience in developing product roadmaps, building new features, and optimizing existing ones.

Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and CRO strategies to boost revenue and user engagement.

Experience in managing site merchandising, including product displays, promotions, and campaigns within digital platforms or apps.

Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).

Strong project management skills with knowledge of agile methodologies.

Ability to align product initiatives with business outcomes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and UX design principles (preferred but not mandatory).
