Mode of Hiring: Direct Payroll – Haparz Experience: 9+ Years (Minimum 3+ Years in Salesforce Projects) CTC: Up to 21 LPA Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon (Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office) Shift: Regular Shift (Occasional overlap with US stakeholders)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong Project Management background and hands-on experience delivering Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of Salesforce projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Drive Agile best practices and continuously improve team delivery and sprint effectiveness.

Coordinate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to prioritize and deliver business requirements.

Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure successful project execution.

Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics while providing regular status updates.

Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure effective stakeholder communication and expectation management across business and technical teams.

Support release planning, backlog refinement, and sprint execution.

Foster a collaborative Agile culture and mentor teams on Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.

Work with global teams and occasionally support meetings with US stakeholders.

Required Skills

9+ years of IT experience with strong Project Management and Scrum Master expertise.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects.

Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and Agile delivery practices.

Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) is preferred.
