About the Role

We're looking for a confident, approachable Retail Security Officer who can bring energy, professionalism and a calm presence to the shop floor. This is a role where no two days are the same as you'll be helping to protect people, prevent loss and create a safe, positive shopping experience for customers and colleagues alike.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor

Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

Deterring theft, anti-social behaviour and public order offences

Carrying out regular store patrols

Operating CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss

Working closely with store management teams

Supporting partnerships with Police and local crime networks

Using Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety for everyone onsite

What You'll Need

A valid SIA licence.

A full 5-year checkable employment or education history (this is essential for vetting)

A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
