Drive operational performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans
Manage budgets, financial performance and reporting in line with organisational and regulatory requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with government, funders, regulators and community partners
Collaborate with senior leaders to design and enhance service delivery aligned to evidence and best practice
Oversee recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of team members to support service excellence
Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory frameworks and contractual obligations
Use data and insights to inform decisions, improve outcomes and support community impact

Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead within complex, evolving environments
Valid Driver’s licence and WWCC
