Salary: £35,000 Basic + £35,000-£45,000 OTE

About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Entry-Level Account Executive to join our growing sales team in Walsall. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to close.

Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities.

Manage and develop a pipeline of sales opportunities.

Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services.

Support the sales process through to successful completion.

Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system.

Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Represent the business professionally at customer meetings and events.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and professional approach when speaking with customers.

Ambitious, motivated, and eager to build a career in sales.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Full UK driving licence is essential.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, recruitment, telesales, or another customer-facing role would be advantageous but is not essential.
