Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter to drive and manage full-lifecycle recruiting for various roles. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to offer acceptance, for a diverse range of technical and professional positions.

Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand current and future staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and create compelling job descriptions.

Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, professional networks, and internal databases.

Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Manage and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive impression of Jabil.

Negotiate complex offers, ensuring alignment with company compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.

Utilize and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track progress, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.

Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing training and support on best practices and recruitment techniques.

Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continually enhance recruitment processes.

Participate in and lead special projects related to talent acquisition, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior recruiting role, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of roles, including technical, engineering, and corporate functions.

Expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other professional networks.

Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday experience preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
