Senior Healthcare Recruiter

Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and hospital roles

Drive hiring through job portals, references, social media, and vendor networks

Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers

Schedule interviews, salary discussions, and onboarding activities

Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers

Support manpower planning and recruitment strategies

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in Hospital Hiring / Rehabilitation Hiring

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong sourcing, screening, and bulk hiring expertise

Hands-on experience in hiring:

Doctors

Nurses

Caretakers

Allied Healthcare Professionals

Hospital Support Staff

Ability to manage multiple requirements and closures within timelines

Flexible to work in a 6-day working environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
