Role Summary
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Zonal Trainer to drive onboarding, process training, and capability development for our Hub teams in the Hyderabad region. The role involves delivering engaging training programs, coaching field teams, and ensuring consistent adoption of sales and operational processes across locations.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery: Design and deliver onboarding, process, and sales training modules for Hub teams (Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience).
On-ground Coaching: Conduct regular field visits to provide real-time coaching, observe customer interactions, and offer constructive performance feedback.
Performance Assessment: Track training effectiveness through assessments, role-plays, and performance reviews to ensure knowledge retention and application.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with regional sales managers and operations leads to identify skill gaps and drive continuous learning initiatives.
Content Development: Customize training materials to address specific market challenges while aligning with the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Process Audits: Ensure consistent adoption of sales processes, CRM usage, and compliance standards across all hubs.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory). MBA/PG in HR or related field is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of experience in training, sales coaching, or learning & development, preferably in the Automobile (New/Used), Retail, or Service industries.
Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Regional Language and English (mandatory).
Personality: Confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about people development. Must possess a high level of energy and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the Hyderabad region and neighboring districts as required.

Training & Facilitation: Ability to simplify complex processes and deliver engaging classroom/virtual sessions.
Communication & Presentation: Strong articulation skills to influence and inspire adult learners.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with business heads and align training goals with business outcomes.
Coaching & Mentoring: Proven ability to identify individual development needs and build competency.
Problem Solving: Quick thinking to handle on-ground training challenges.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment with changing priorities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
