Scrum Master & Business Analyst

Experience Required: 7+ Years

Location: - Chennai or Bangalore

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master & Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to drive Agile delivery while effectively bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring clear requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Responsibilities

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement

Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution

Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance

Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog prioritization

Business Analyst Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution alignment

Conduct gap analysis, impact assessment, and business process mapping

Participate in UAT and ensure successful delivery of business solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks

Proven experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

Business Analysis Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent)

Experience in domains like Banking, Finance, Healthcare, or IT Services

Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery tools
