QA/QC Engineer (Blade Experience )

Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager with 15+ Years of experience for our Aerospace division. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity for a professional with a strong background in quality engineering and manufacturing in the aerospace industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality of our aerospace products, ensuring they meet the stringent standards of the aviation industry. This role involves a high level of responsibility and requires a professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the quality of aerospace products from inception to completion, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Lead the team of Quality Engineers to ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the quality of products and processes.

Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in quality.

Collaborate with the Design Engineers and the Manufacturing team to ensure the quality of the product designs and manufacturing processes.

Handle customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure the quality of the valves and other aerospace components.

Provide training and guidance to the team on quality standards and best practices.

Prepare and present quality reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management in the aerospace big parts.

Proven experience as a Design Engineer, preferably in the aerospace industry.

Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 standards..

In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes in the aerospace industry.

Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and techniques.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficient in using computer software and applications related to quality management.

Professional certification in Quality Management or a related field would be an added advantage.

Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role

Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards

Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods

Good knowledge of MS Office and databases

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
