About the role

Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and secure top talent, develop talent pipelines, and optimize recruitment strategies to support business growth in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment including posting vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, conducting reference checks, and extending employment offers

Ensure completion and follow-up of all necessary hiring documentation and onboarding processes for new hires

Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and prepare ad-hoc employee reports to support HR analytics and decision-making

Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and maintain talent pipelines

Design and implement sourcing strategies using networking, cold calling, social media, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates

Build and sustain relationships with key sourcing partners and external contacts to support ongoing recruitment efforts

Plan, design, and coordinate recruitment events such as walk-in interviews and job fairs to attract diverse talent pools

Evaluate recruitment campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance quality of hire and reduce time-to-fill

Conduct campus recruitment activities and establish strong partnerships with universities, colleges, institutions, and associations

Manage recruitment advertising across print and digital platforms and oversee employee referral programs to maximize candidate reach

Oversee search firms and recruitment agencies, monitoring vendor performance metrics to ensure service quality and cost efficiency

Focus on reducing time to fill and cost per hire while improving the quality of hires

Stay current with recruiting trends, labour laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage

Execute ad hoc projects and perform other administrative duties as required to support HR functions

Required competencies and certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline

Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources or recruitment

Proficient knowledge of recruitment module in SuccessFactors

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills to handle recruitment

Meticulous and well-organized

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume recruitment
