Role Summary and Impact

You will play a key role as a Executive, Media Planning with a dynamic and multi-cultural teams focused delivery best in class campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about media planning and account support. You will work closely with senior team members to help keep projects moving, maintain accurate documentation, and support day-to-day team operations.

Skills and Experience

As a member of one of our key regional gaming accounts, you are responsible for localising media plans, thinking creatively, and developing innovative strategies to ensure marketing campaigns reach the right audience in the most effective way. We work in collaborations with our global teams in EMEA & AMER, so the ability to work alongside and across cross functional team is essential.

Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Act as a POC for the clients, providing them with support and timely responses.

Develop and maintain accurate media forecasts, plans, and planning documentation.

Collaborate with our global teams on budgets allocations, planning best practices, new campaigns/game launches and act as regional expert for the APAC market

Assist the team in delivering learning agendas and preparing quarterly campaign reviews/reports, with a solid understanding of owned markets, performance drivers, and the overall industry landscape.

Monitor campaign performance across all channels including social, search and programmatic, proactively highlighting risks or areas that require intervention.

Collaborate closely with the CDT, Buying and Activation teams to ensure optimal campaign health and optimisations

Work closely with our billing & finance teams to ensure all campaigns and fees are processed and billed accurately and in a timely manner.

Skills and Experience

1 year experience in digital media, advertising or digital marketing. Candidates with relevant internship experiences will also be considered.

Bachelor's degree, with a focus on marketing or business management

High attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong reasoning skills

Ability to work independently on routine tasks and also with a collaborative and positive approach to teamwork.

Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc)

Demonstrable interest in media strategy and planning

A passion for everything digital, with an active interest of digital marketing/advertising industry trends

Interest in Gaming or identifies as a gamer is ideal, but not a requirement.
