About the Roles
We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join a cooling solutions provider based in Kaki Bukit. This is a permanent role with a Monday to Friday schedule (9am – 6pm), offering a basic salary with performance bonus opportunities. The role provides the opportunity to manage a broad range of accounting functions, including financial operations, inventory control, project costing, and compliance activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including supplier payments, customer billing, statement reconciliation, and collections follow-up.
Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking stock movements, performing regular stock takes, and resolving discrepancies.
Coordinate shipment-related financial matters, including GST declarations, documentation preparation, payment coordination, and communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
Support monthly and quarterly financial closing processes through bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and General Ledger (GL) upkeep.
Maintain GST documentation, prepare quarterly GST submissions, and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project cost sheets to support cost tracking, billing activities, and revenue recognition processes.
Assist with financial reporting, annual audits, internal control activities, and improvements to finance processes.
Maintain proper financial records and documentation while working closely with internal teams and external parties on finance-related matters.
Provide administrative assistance, including business travel arrangements and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.
What We’re Looking For
Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Additional accounting certifications such as LCCI, CAT, or equivalent will be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in engineering, trading, import/export, or project-based industries.
Experience in inventory accounting, stock management, shipment-related transactions, project costing, cost tracking, and billing processes is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software, with hands-on experience in QuickBooks being advantageous.
Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs declarations, and logistics processes will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple finance activities effectively.

This Other role pays $40k-$48k/yr. Within typical range for other roles in Singapore.
