You will work on real business challenges, analyze procurement data, build interactive dashboards, improve business processes, and explore emerging technologies such as automation and AI-enabled solutions. This internship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to how data and technology are used to improve business performance and support strategic decision-making

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Business Analytics & Insights

Analyze procurement and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.

Support the development of reports and dashboards that help monitor procurement performance and supplier metrics.

Assist in transforming raw data into meaningful information that supports decision-making.

Digital Transformation & Automation

Support the design and implementation of automated workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual processes.

Participate in digital transformation initiatives across the procurement function.

Explore new technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing business processes.

Dashboard & Reporting Development

Create and enhance interactive dashboards using digital reporting tools.

Support visualization of key business and procurement metrics.

Contribute to data storytelling by helping stakeholders understand performance trends and opportunities.

Business Process Improvement

Assist in reviewing current procurement processes and identifying areas for optimization.

Support process mapping exercises and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Participate in projects involving workflow redesign and process standardization.

Project & Stakeholder Exposure

Collaborate with procurement professionals and regional stakeholders across different locations.

Support project coordination activities and gain exposure to enterprise project management practices.

Present findings and recommendations from assigned projects to business stakeholders

Show your expertise

Education

You are currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in:

Business Analytics

Information Systems

Data Science

Computer Science

Engineering

Digital Business

Business Management

Or a related discipline

Technical Skills

Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and digital tools.

Interest in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.

Interest in business process improvement and automation.

Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, or similar digital tools will be an advantage
