The Role
Research and develop new technology, control systems, and software
Develop, evaluate, and deploy new control algorithms
Develop diagnostics and optimization algorithms, tools, and technologies
Test and validate control algorithms for new products using HIL simulations
Evaluate new products, processes, or systems
Communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units
What You'll Need
Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of industry experience
PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience with control algorithm or software development
Proficiency in simulation with SIL and HIL
Ability to perform validation on machinery
