New Town Toyota is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Recruitment Administrator to join our Human Resources team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build or continue their career in Human Resources and Recruitment. Whether you're an experienced HR professional seeking flexible part-time work, returning to the workforce, or currently studying towards an HR qualification, this position offers valuable hands-on experience within a supportive and high-performing HR team.

How You Will Make an Impact
Working closely with our Recruitment & HR Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing applications and shortlisting candidates against selection criteria
Presenting shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for consideration
Conducting structured phone screenings with applicants
Preparing candidate summaries following phone interviews
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Sending interview confirmations, reminders and recruitment communications
Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating recruitment systems
Providing general administrative support to the HR team
This role provides meaningful exposure to recruitment and human resources while offering the flexibility of a part-time schedule.
Working Hours
This position requires availability for 16 hours per week.
We can accommodate:
Two full days per week (Monday and Wednesday), or
Shorter shifts across three or four days to suit your lifestyle and commitments.
Additional hours may be available during peak recruitment periods by mutual agreement.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you may have:
Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or a related administration role; OR
A qualification in Human Resources, or be currently studying towards one
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A professional and confident telephone manner
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong administration skills with a high level of accuracy
