Your Mission

As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee all warehouse operations while also taking ownership of the Click & Collect experience, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate and seamless service from order through to collection.

You'll be responsible for:

Leading all warehouse, receivals and despatch operations

Managing the Click & Collect operation to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Driving stock accuracy and inventory control

Maintaining replenishment and merchandising standards

Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing operations team

Managing rosters to meet operational and trading requirements

Achieving KPIs across productivity, safety, inventory accuracy and customer service

Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency

Working closely with the Retail Business Manager and Sales Managers to support overall store performance

Ensuring workplace health and safety standards are maintained at all times

Building a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement

You have experience managing Click & Collect or customer fulfilment operations

You enjoy leading from the front and developing high-performing teams

You understand inventory management and warehouse best practices

You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences

Experience in retail warehousing, logistics or distribution is highly regarded
